Paying your medical statement should be simple. Brain & Spine Specialists offers online bill pay so you can take care of your balance anytime, from home or on the go.

When you click Make a Payment, you will be taken to a secure payment portal powered by Phreesia.

We use Phreesia to make the billing experience more convenient while helping protect your privacy.

  • Convenient: Pay online anytime without mailing a check, visiting the office, or making a call.
  • Secure: Payments are processed through an encrypted, secure payment system.
  • Private: Your information is ONLY used to process your payment and match it to the correct account. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

What You Will Need Before You Start

To make sure your payment is matched to the correct patient account, please have the following ready:

  • Patient ID / Chart # (from your statement)
  • Statement # (from your statement)
  • Basic patient details, such as name, date of birth, and address
  • Email address for your receipt

The payment form will ask for the details above to correctly link your payment to your account. After your payment is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with a receipt and reference number.

If you would rather speak with someone, our team can take payments over the phone at (850) 785-0029 during the following hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods can I use?

The online payment portal accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Electronic checks are not currently accepted via the payment portal

What if I do not know my balance, patient ID, or statement number?

Please refer to your billing statement for the amount due, patient ID, and statement number. If you cannot locate your statement or those numbers, please contact our office, and we can help you find what you need.

Why does the form ask for my personal information?

The portal uses details like name, date of birth, and address to match your payment to the correct patient account and to send your receipt. This helps prevent payments from being applied to the wrong record.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. After your payment is submitted, you will receive an email receipt at the email address provided, including a reference number.

How long does it take for my payment to post to my account?

Online payments are submitted right away, but it may take a short time for the payment to appear on your account, depending on processing and posting. If you have a time-sensitive concern, please call the office.
